Can I use it for short hair?Yes you can use it for any hair length, however if it’s too short it will be hard to curl it with the brush.

I made an order during March. the brush had an issue but I wasn’t sure if thats normal or really a defect. customer service called me to make sure everything is fine, I told them about it then immediately offered to replace it then Today the courier called me and gave me my new brush.
I am really happy of such professional service and quality. I haven’t followed up with them at all and they were the ones calling me and giving me updates

It’s one of the best hair care brands ever to deal with
I bought that brush in November 2022 then in October 2023 it stopped working and I was not sure if that was because of a misuse but I contacted the customer service anyway since it was still within the warranty period which is one year (it had 2 weeks to be out of the warranty when it stopped working) the people there were really helpful and responsive and sent me another one once it got available because it was out of stock when I contacted them and that was really unexpected at all so thank you so so so much cherry and berry and now I have a list of your products planning to buy all of them
