In case you are not satisfied with one of our products or services for any reason, you can contact us to exchange or return the items within 14 days calculated from the date of the purchase invoice.

Basic terms and requirements when replacing or returning any product:
- You must be in possession of the original purchase invoice and not a copy of it, otherwise, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- The product must be in the same condition as it was received and has no change.
- The damage to the product should not be caused by negligence or misuse.
- The product should not be broken or scratched.
- All product accessories must be present and intact inside the box, including any offers, gifts, purchase vouchers, coupons, or anything that were attached to it.
In Case that you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased from our website or there is a defect in it, you can return the product and refund the amount paid, and the amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receiving the product after examining it and making sure of its condition.
Also, the shipping costs for your returned item will be deducted from you in case that the purchase is correct and there is no defect or error in the product and your desire to return or exchange is based on changing your opinion regarding the purchase or another reason that has nothing to do with us.
If the return or replacement request is a result of a mistake from us in your order, product type, specifications, or a defect in the product, the full amount paid will be transferred to you without deducting the shipping fees.
Steps to return the product:
First: Talk to a customer service representative or send a message on one of our social media channels and make a return request.
Second: Our specialized team will contact you, find out the details, inform you of the conditions under which you can refund the amount paid or replace the product, and inform you of how to do that if the conditions are met.
You can recover the paid value in the same way that you paid through it, as follows:
- If you have paid via your Visa, the paid value will be sent back to your bank account within a maximum period of 10 working days calculated from the date on which the product arrived to us.
- If you paid via Vodafone Cash, the value paid will be sent to you on your Vodafone Cash phone number within a maximum period of 10 working days calculated from the date on which the product arrived to us.
- If you pay cash upon delivery, you must send your bank account number to us so to which we can transfer the amount to. This will be within a maximum period of 10 working days calculated from the date on which the product arrives at us.
